Eligibility Criteria for the Moroccan Government Scholarship Program 2026-27:
For Undergraduate Studies:
- Students aged between 19 and 23 years old.
- They must hold a CAPE/associate degree in 2025 or 2026 with a Grade A or B, or be preparing to obtain the same degree in 2026. They should have maintained a good academic record during the last two semesters of their studies.
For Master’s Studies:
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
- They must have a result of 1st or 2nd class honors or a recognized diploma or equivalent in the relevant field.
- Must have a good academic record.
For PhD Studies:
- Applicants must hold a master’s degree in the relevant field.
- They must have an equivalent recognized higher education diploma or equivalent in the relevant field.

- The Government Scholarship in Morocco will provide a stipend of 1750 Moroccan Dirhams monthly (about 190 USD).
- Students will get an air ticket (one one-way ticket at the beginning and one return ticket at the end of the degree program).
