The Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) and the Ministry of Education grant 40 Scholarships each year to International students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD from the Romanian accredited state institutions. Candidates worldwide are eligible to apply except for the EU and EFTA member states for the ARICE Scholarship Program. Moreover, there is no application fee, and applicants will undergo a one-year Romanian Language Course for Free to understand the Romanian Language. - Citizens who have applied for protection in Romania are not eligible.
- Citizens who have a long-term residence permit in Romania are not eligible.
