The University College Dublin (UCD) is pleased to announce the following scholarship opportunities for the School of Earth Sciences graduate taught master’s programmes.
The UCD School of Earth Sciences Scholarships are open to international and home students who are interested in pursuing MSc in Subsurface Geomodelling and MSc in Environmental and Engineering Geoscience) for the 2026-27 academic year.

Requirements for UCD School of Earth Sciences Masters Scholarship
- To be considered for the UCD School of Earth Sciences Masters Scholarship, you must
- be UK, EU, Irish, or International students
- apply to the School of Earth Sciences graduate taught masters programmes (MSc in Subsurface Geomodelling and MSc in Environmental and Engineering Geoscience for the 2026-27 academic year.
- be holding an offer of a place on one of these two MSc courses.
- meet the entry requirements for the two eligible master’s programmes.
- meet the English Language requirements of the University College Dublin (UCD).

- The UCD School of Earth Sciences Scholarship includes;
- Up to two full fee waivers for EU applicants. This is open to applicants who qualify for the EU fee rate (including Irish, other EU, and UK applicants).
- Up to two stipends, to the value of €20,000, as a contribution to living expenses for non-EU applicants. This is open to all applicants who qualify for the Non-EU fee rate.
