The Aspire Leaders Program 2023 is a leadership development programme founded by Harvard Business School academics with the goal of transforming the lives of underprivileged kids throughout the world and empowering them to affect their communities. The Aspire Leaders Program 2023 is now accepting applications.

The Aspire Leaders Program invites emerging young leaders to take advantage of this opportunity to represent their culture to other fellows around the world while also gaining access to life-changing grants and educational opportunities. The mission of Aspire's leadership programme is to change the lives of young adults who are currently underserved by providing leadership development programmes that develop leaders of tomorrow and have a positive impact in their communities.

The Aspire Leaders Program was created by the Aspire Institute at Harvard University. This diverse and thorough programme has been curated by Harvard academics. Finalists will meet a hardworking, diverse, and talented group of future leaders from various continents and intellectual interests. This leadership programme is designed for kids who have faced social and financial difficulties. Participants interact with a global and scholarly community as they grapple with issues of identity, ethics, technology, and structural change through this global and scholarly community.
Harvard strives to alter the lives of underprivileged adolescents throughout the world and to enable them to create difference in their communities. Young leaders may take advantage of this chance to build their culture among peers all across the world while also gaining access to life-changing networks, funding, and educational possibilities. Your leadership path will be aided by Aspire Institute's leadership development training programme. The Aspire alumni network is made up of people from all across the world. Membership in this group gives you access to a variety of association networks.

Aspiring students will participate in cross-cutting and shared leadership development opportunities. Students will have access to self-assessment tools, Harvard course materials that are fully financed, and live seminars with great professors. This Aspiring Leaders Program will allow for the exploration and development of collaboration across many service sectors. The fully sponsored training programme is intended to be unique, novel, and forward-thinking. It will prompt you to consider what high impact and concerted leadership entail for you, as well as what it takes to make decisions and interact successfully. Working with other leaders from around the world may broaden and challenge your perspective on and performance in your leadership job. Eligibility Criteria :

  1. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 26. (some exceptions apply).
  2. Candidates must come from low-income families.
  3. They must be first-generation college students (parents or primary caregivers did not earn a bachelor's degree).
  4. Candidates who are presently enrolled in an undergraduate programme or recent graduates are eligible to apply.
  5. Candidates whose education has been disrupted by armed conflict or natural disaster (for example, refugee students) are also eligible to apply.
