Singapore Scholarships - Fully Funded Singapore Government Scholarships 2023-2024 for Masters, PhD Studies

SINGA stands for Singapore International Graduate Award, a government-run programme that provides fully funded scholarships to international students at Singaporean institutes. The Scholarship pays for all costs. The Singapore Government Scholarship is available without IELTS.

The SINGA is a one-of-a-kind scholarship opportunity in which undergraduate students can apply straight for a Ph.D. Scholarship or Masters, Masters Leading to PhD, or Direct Ph.D. after completing a four-year undergraduate degree programme. You will be given a scholarship to one of the top four Singaporean institutes without having to pay any fees. Every student from any nation is eligible for the SINGA Scholarship 2023.

Benefits 

  1. Tuition fees are paid in full.
  2. After completing the Qualifying Examination, the monthly stipend will be increased to S$2,700.
  3. One-time airfare grant of up to S$1,500* One-time S$1,000* settlement allowance

Eligibility 

  1. All overseas graduates are eligible to apply for the Scholarship.
  2. There are no restrictions on nationality or place of origin.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English abilities. Positive recommendations from academic referees.
  4. The submission of IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE scores is optional, and the institution may request them later for admission.

  1. Transcripts and Reports for Passports
  2. Transcripts of Bachelor's and/or Master's Degrees
  3. Letters of Recommendation: 2 Reports on Recommendations (to be completed and submitted online by the referees)
  4. Scholarship Motivation Letter
