The Hansen Leadership Institute Exchange Program has returned! The Fred J. Hansen Foundation is funding an international exchange programme at the Hansen Leadership Institute. This international leadership programme is regarded as one of the best summer exchange programmes in the United States. In addition, the exchange programme in the United States will take place in July 2023. The Hansen Leadership Institute exchange programme lasts three weeks. Young men and women from all over the world will meet at the University of San Diego in the United States of America. This life-changing leadership programme provides opportunities for all persons with the capacity to become global leaders.
The Hansen Leadership Institute seeks to equip foreign students with leadership training in order to help them settle conflict and establish a brighter future for their home countries. Hansen Leadership Institute's major purpose is to establish a community of young leaders who will utilise their talents, knowledge, and network to create a peaceful future all around the world.
Hands-on practicals, lectures, and training to settle conflict and encourage intercultural interaction are all part of the summer exchange programme in 2023. International participants will also get the chance to see San Diego attractions such as Sea World Balboa Park, the July Parade, and the USA-Mexico border.

Entry Requirement:
For Non-U.S. Applicant:
- Graduate students and undergraduate students must have completed two years of college.
- They must be between the ages of 20 and 25.
- Furthermore, students must display leadership potential in the community, nation, or region outside of the classroom.
- Applicants must provide a letter of recommendation from an academic adviser attesting to their writing abilities in English.
- There is no need for IELTS, GRE, or TOEFL.
- A valid international passport is required. You can use it later if you don't have it.
- Those who have never visited the United States before will be given priority.
For American students:
- Graduate students and undergraduate students must have completed two years of college.
- You must be between the ages of 20 and 25.
- Outside of the classroom, candidates must display leadership potential in their community, nation, or region.
- An academic adviser (letter of recommendation) must be presented to establish English writing skills.
- There is no need for IELTS, GRE, or TOEFL.
- A valid international passport is required. You can use it later if you don't have it.
- Those who have never visited the United States before will be given priority.
